So, be present with more of them. Experience them. Feel all the sensations on your body. Observe the breath. In and out.
Especially the really uncomfortable ones. (The lovely ones are easy).
When your skin is crawling – and your mind is bouncing and jagged – when your adrenalin is pumping – when your breath is shallow – when your deepest urge is to rattle around in your head with repetitive thoughts, replaying the past or worrying about the future… THEN. Be with the sensations. And say a struggly breath filled thank you that you are here, experiencing this.
You are a long time dead.
THIS moment. Whatever it carries. Hold it preciously. You will never get it back.
