Go with the flow.

What are you feeling, right now?
What sensations are present on your skin and in your body?

Observe them, without labelling and without reaction.

They’re not ‘good’ or ‘bad’.
They just ‘are’.

Stay with the feelings.
As they flow and change.

Is anything static?
Is anything permanent?

If you encounter something that is too ‘uncomfortable’ then lean more to observing the breath, your natural breath, as it enters and leaves your body.
