Stop measuring, labeling and, most importantly, stop trying to control every aspect of your life.
You do that because you’re scared.
It’s good to work things out. Using your mind as a tool. But try to notice when you reach that point when you’ve gone past useful, and entered into a space of fear. When you’re at a point of mental OCD that is crippling your flow.
It’s good to flow.
To ease off the thinking and to allow the deeper somatic world to rise up and be noticed.
To observe the sensations in the body without reaction.
To come to the heart space and breathe.
